At CookHaven, we partner with trusted third-party suppliers and manufacturers to ship products directly to you. This fulfillment method allows us to offer a wide variety of items while keeping overhead low and passing those savings on to you. The following Delivery Terms explain how and when your order will be processed, shipped, and delivered.

Order Processing
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing time may vary depending on product availability, supplier location, or peak demand periods.

Multiple Shipments: If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages and at different times, as they may be fulfilled by different suppliers.

Shipping & Delivery
Estimated Delivery Time: Most products ship within 5–15 business days. Delivery times vary depending on the supplier’s location and your shipping destination.

Shipping Carriers: We work with a network of reliable carriers, including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and international logistics partners.

Tracking Information: Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number (or numbers) via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to update.

International Orders
CookHaven currently ships to select international locations. International delivery times and fees may vary significantly depending on location, customs processing, and carrier.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees that may apply.

Delivery Delays
While we do everything possible to ensure timely delivery, please be aware that delays can occasionally occur due to:

Carrier or supplier disruptions

Customs inspections (for international orders)

Weather or natural disasters

Peak holiday shipping volumes

We are not liable for shipping delays once the item has been dispatched from the supplier, but we will work to support you in tracking your shipment and resolving any issues.

Failed Deliveries / Incorrect Addresses
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered during checkout is accurate.

Orders returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address may incur reshipping fees.

If a package is marked “delivered” by the carrier but not received, CookHaven is not responsible. We recommend checking with neighbors or your local post office. If you suspect theft or a misdelivery, please file a claim with the carrier and notify us for support.

Damaged or Lost Shipments
For damaged deliveries, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt and provide photos of the damage and packaging. We will initiate a claim and assist with a replacement or refund.

In the event of a lost package, we will work with the supplier and carrier to resolve the issue. A formal trace or investigation may take 7–10 business days to complete.
