DFG-100 Additional Section Premium Gas Convection Oven – Natural Gas, 55,000 total BTU. Standard features include an Artisan Touchscreen Control with meat probe for Manual Cooking, Recipe Cooking, Cook and Hold, Core Probe Cooking, Fan Delay, and Fan Pulse; 25" adjustable stainless steel legs for single units or 6" legs for double sections; a choice of draft diverter or draft hood for venting; a three-year parts and two-year labor warranty; and a five-year limited oven door warranty. Construction highlights are a stainless steel front, top, and sides; dual pane thermal glass windows in stainless door frames; an ergonomic curved aluminum handle with simultaneous door operation; a triple-mounted pressure lock door with turnbuckle; a modular slide-out front control panel; solid mineral fiber insulation on all sides; a full angle-iron frame; an easy-clean oleophobic 14-gauge baking liner; an aluminized steel combustion chamber; a dual-inlet blower wheel; and five chrome-plated racks with eleven positions at a minimum 1-5/8" spacing.
