DFG-50 Double Premium Half Size Gas Convection Oven – Natural Gas, 55,000 total BTU. This model shares the same durable welded angle iron frame, porcelainized interior, dual pane thermal glass window in stainless steel door frames, chrome door handle, and tilt-down front control panel for servicing. The operational system delivers 27,000 BTU/hour per section, using Dual Flow Gas heat. It features SSI-M solid state manual controls with optional SSD digital controls and SimpleTouch touchscreen capability for recipe storage and grouping. Additional operational functions include rack timing, Cook & Hold, Fan Delay, Fan Pulse, and HAACP storage. Capacity matches the LP model: (5) half-size sheet pans or (5) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" steam table pans per section with 3.25" spacing.
