It matches the construction and operation of the additional section, with a fully welded angle iron frame, porcelainized interior, dual pane thermal glass window in a stainless frame, chrome handle, and tilt-down front control panel. It also uses the Dual Flow Gas system, SSI-M or optional SSD and SimpleTouch controls with advanced cooking functions, and offers the same capacity of five half-size sheet pans or five 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" steam table pans at 3.25" spacing.
