Identical in build and performance to the LP version, this oven has a fully welded angle iron frame, porcelainized interior, dual pane thermal glass window in a stainless steel door frame, chrome handle, and a tilt-down control panel. It operates at 27,000 BTU/hour with Dual Flow Gas, and comes standard with SSI-M manual controls. Optional SSD digital and SimpleTouch touchscreen controls offer enhanced flexibility. It includes rack timing, Cook & Hold, Fan Delay, Fan Pulse, and HAACP storage capability. Capacity is (5) half-size sheet pans in front-to-back position or (5) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" steam table pans.
