The Ultimate Restaurant Range 36″ Series is a commercial gas range designed for high-performance cooking in professional kitchens. This range boasts a 36″ wide cooking surface and a 37″ high cooking top, providing ample space for a variety of cooking tasks. Constructed with a 4″ stainless steel front rail and stainless steel front and sides, it ensures durability and ease of maintenance. A front-mounted manual gas shut-off offers convenient control over the entire range, while the factory-installed regulator ensures smooth and reliable gas flow. The standing pilot for the open top burners provides consistent flames, allowing for precise heat control, while the battery spark ignition system ensures quick and reliable ignition for the oven bases.

The 33K Non-Clog Burners (Burner Option 1) features six patented, one-piece, lifetime clog-free cast iron burners, providing 33,000 BTU each. These burners are designed for high efficiency, offering powerful heat output and excellent durability, perfect for handling a range of cooking applications.

The Hybrid Electric Convection Oven combines the benefits of electric heating with a powerful convection system. The oven is electrically heated at 6 kW, with a standing pilot and thermostat range of 175F to 550F (79C to 288C). Its porcelain enamel interior measures 14″ high x 26″ wide x 24″ deep, providing ample space for large cooking trays. The oven features three racks with five-position side rails, offering versatility in rack placement. The high-efficiency, 1/2 hp, 1710 rpm, 60-cycle, 115V AC motor is designed with permanent lubricated ball bearings, overload protection, and Class “B” insulation, ensuring reliability and long-lasting performance. Additionally, the on/off switch allows the convection oven base to operate as a standard oven, giving you added flexibility in your cooking options.
