It offers multiple electrical configurations, full-size standard depth, and standard programmable controls with hot air, humidity, and cool down modes. It can store 100 recipes, with the SmartTouch2 7-inch touchscreen option expanding to 500 recipes, multi-shelf programming, and HAACP storage. Features include incremental humidity control, hot air baking mode, Hydroburst 100% humidity injection, core probe cook and hold, USB connection for recipe transfers, four-speed auto-reversing fan motor, and cavity vent control.
