3. Orders and Pricing
– All prices are displayed in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice.
– The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of purchase.
– CookHaven reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order, including after submission, for reasons including pricing errors, inventory limitations, or suspected fraud.
– In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
– Sales tax may apply depending on your delivery location and will be calculated at checkout.
4. Manufacturer Warranty
CookHaven is a distributor, not a manufacturer. All product warranties are provided solely by the respective manufacturer. CookHaven’s sole obligation in the event of a warranty claim is to provide you with the manufacturer’s contact information or submit your claim details to the manufacturer or their authorized service agent. Any warranty service, repairs, or disputes must be resolved directly with the manufacturer or their authorized representative.
Warranties do not cover:
– Standard wear parts such as gaskets, bulbs, and filters
– Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or lack of maintenance
– Residential installation of commercially rated equipment
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CookHaven shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your purchase or use of any product. CookHaven’s total liability for any claim arising from a specific order shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
CookHaven is not responsible for food spoilage, product spoilage, or business losses resulting from equipment failure.
