The Migali C-CO1-SD-NGConvection Oven Standard Depth is excellent for baking the very best recipes and baked goods. This model accommodates (5) 18″ x 26″ full-size baking pans on the (5) nickel plated oven racks on 13-position rack guides. This model includes (2) hinged 50/50 dependent double pane thermal tempered glass doors, and a bright interior light. Each Migali Convection Oven is rated at 46,000 BTUs and can be manually adjusted from 150oF to 500oF using the solid state digital controller knobs with “Hold” cooking temperature feature. This model includes an electronic spark ignition with autopilot, safety shut-off switch, and dual speed fan with delay switch. The C-CO1-SD-NG is eye-catching, boasting a high polished stainless steel exterior, enamel interior, and stainless steel legs with casters all for easy cleaning and to preserve the unit’s integrity for many years of baking to come.
