The TruVection Series Low Profile Electric Convection Oven (Triple Deck, Ventless) is engineered for high-efficiency cooking in compact, high-volume kitchens. With 7.5kW high-efficiency heating elements, this oven ensures fast and even cooking results. The triple deck design offers a height of 70” (72-1/2” with flue), and its durable stainless steel construction on the front, sides, and top provides lasting strength.

Featuring dependent glass doors that open a full 180°, the TruVection oven includes energy-efficient glass windows and a heat-keeping dual door seal system to preserve heat and enhance cooking performance. The coved, porcelain interior is easy to clean and maintains optimal temperature conditions.

This model includes a two-speed, 1/2 hp fan motor and solid-state temperature controls, allowing for precise temperature adjustments from 150°F to 550°F. Additional features like the forced cool-down fan mode, oven “heat” light that cycles with burners, and interior oven lights contribute to a seamless cooking experience. It also comes with a 60-minute mechanical cook timer and 5-position rack guides with 3 plated oven racks.
