At CookHaven, our commitment to exceptional customer care goes far beyond the moment you place an order. We are dedicated to delivering continued support that includes product guidance, help with returns and exchanges, and resolution assistance should any issues arise.

Returns & Exchanges:
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for all unused items in their original condition and packaging. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, and customers are responsible for the cost and coordination of return shipping.
Items Not Eligible for Return:
Custom or made-to-order items
Products with optional accessories
Used or opened items
Digital products (e.g., downloadable content)
Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. RA numbers are typically issued within 2–3 business days, along with detailed return instructions.
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment, minus any applicable restocking and shipping fees.
CookHaven reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria.
Canceling an Order:
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
If the order has not shipped, it will be canceled without penalty.
If the order is already in the shipping phase, cancellation may not be possible.
If the order has shipped, it will be treated as a return, subject to our standard return policy.
Please note: No return will be accepted without an RA number.
Damaged Items:
We do everything we can to ensure your items arrive safely and securely. However, if damage occurs during shipping, please follow these steps:
Inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery.
Note any visible or suspected damage on the delivery driver’s paperwork before signing.
If damage is suspected or observed:
Take clear photos of the damaged item and its packaging
Retain all original packaging materials
Notify us within 48 hours at support@cookhaven.com
If these steps are not followed and damage is not reported before the driver leaves, we may not be able to provide a credit or replacement. You may also refuse delivery if you are unsure about the condition of the product.
Missing or Incorrect Items
CookHaven takes great care in packaging and verifying orders. If you receive an incorrect item or your order is missing an item:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery, we will review and correct the issue promptly
In the case of a lost shipment, a trace will be initiated with the carrier and may take 7-10 business days to complete. If confirmed lost, we will issue a replacement or refund.
